07FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Send us anything that is not answered here.
We work in four steps: discovery and analysis, architecture and plan, build, then operations and handover. Each step ends with a written output, and we decide on the next step together. Throughout, we share what has been done and what comes next.
It depends on the scope; quoting a duration before seeing the work would not be honest. At the end of discovery we share the phases and an estimated timeline for each in writing. If the timeline changes, we tell you why and share the new plan.
Yes. After delivery, maintenance, updates and support continue under a separate agreement. That agreement states which work is covered and the response times.
